Figure Out How Much Glass Is Needed:

Fire pit & Fireplace Glass Formula (All measurements should be in inches)

Round Firepit 1. Measure the diameter of fire pit. Refer to this as measurement A. 2. Square the number. A x A = B 3. Divide (B) by 25. B / 25 = C (25 is part of the formula used for all round firepits) 4. Multiply (C) by depth of glass. C x D = Total pounds of glass recommended

Square and Rectangular Firepits 1. Measure Length and width of inside of fire pit to be filled. 2. Multiply two dimensions L x W = B 3. Divide (B) by 22.5. B/22.5 = C (22.5 is part of the formula) 4. Multiply (C) by depth of glass. C x D = Total pounds of glass recommended

Fireplace 1. Measure the width of fireplace. Measure across the center not the front opening. 2. Multiply this dimension (A) by the depth of fireplace (B). A x B = C 3. Divide (C) by 20. C/20 = Z (20 is part of the formula for all size fireplaces) 4. Multiply (Z) by depth of glass. Z x D = Total pounds of glass recommended
