EXL Fogger Series 500

DIG's EXL Series 500 foggers produce very fine micro-sized droplets and are used to reduce temperature, increase humidity and maintain conditions conducive to propagation as well as seeding and cooling in greenhouse, hothouse and shade house applications. Design flexibility is achieved with interchangeable nozzles to maximize a micro climate effect for cooling and humidifying.


Fogger Features

  • Supports optimal cooling or humidifying conditions in greenhouse applications by reducing temperature and increasing humidity
  • Operates in a normal pressure range of 30 to 80 PSI with high uniformity
  • Produces a droplet size of 50 to 100 microns (100 m at 50 PSI)
  • Incorporates a vortex mechanism, reducing incoming water into micro-sized droplets
  • Used for overhead cooling and humidifying in a closed structure
  • Available in four color-coded Interchangeable nozzles
  • Available with a dependable high-pressure, anti-leak device with one or four fogger assemblies
  • Anti-leak device prevents damage to sensitive plants caused by dripping at the beginning and end of each irrigation cycle
